An awarding organisation who are going through a substantial period of growth are looking to recruit a
Qualifications Development Manager.
provides extensive training and development opportunities as well as scope for progression to Team leadership with eventual progression to Senior Management or Director level
This is a
permanent role with flexible working arrangements - the office is based in Doncaster but office days are agreed based on applicant location.
£25,000- £33,000 per annum.
Reporting to the Qualification Development Team Leader, you will be responsible for the
development, review and maintenance of qualifications, end-point assessments and assessment materials to ensure that these are fit for purpose, meet customer requirements and fulfil regulatory requirements, including maintaining standards ofexam performance, to the highest quality.
Experience Required:
*Excellent knowledge and understanding of developing vocational qualifications and end-point assessments
*Extensive knowledge and experience of the Awarding organisation sector
*Excellent time, people, resource management and organisational skills
*Excellent project management skills with evidence of successful project outcomes
