Description


As Social Media Executive you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy across all social media platforms in order to increase customer engagement.


You will be responsible for all creative content and posts as well as interacting with customers and responding to followers whilst delivering on all aspects of marketing, delivering both as an individual and being a key team player, with creative ideasand a proven track record in delivering on all aspects efficiently and to deadlines.

You will be a results driven individual who understands how to measure social campaign success and develop this further to ensure they are truly leading the way in their market

As a snapshot your duties will include:

  • Manage & develop social media marketing plans.
  • Create engaging content across all brands and company campaigns, to suit each social channel
  • Administer the customer facing side of all social activity
  • Manage the daytoday handling of all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Respond to customer posts in a timely manner, with a professional tone
  • Manage all paid search and ranking campaigns
  • Analyse performance across all platforms and report to management on findings and any suggestions to improve performance
  • Building content calendars that ensure the right content is pushed out through the right channels and at the right time
  • Planning developing and copywriting/storyboarding content in all formats including press releases, opinion pieces, webinars, videos, case studies,

Profile


You will be a graduate calibre individual with a background within social media and content and looking for a great business to develop your marketing experience further.
