A rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroller or Payroll Supervisor who is keen and ready to take the next step into a brand-new sole charge Payroll position.
This excellent position has been created by our client a hugely successful and respected firm of accountants based in Wells.
Currently you may be part of a payroll team, managing multiple payrolls and looking for promotion or your next move with increased responsibility and reward.
You will be responsible for all aspects of payroll and are used to a fast-paced role, multi-tasking, and multiple deadlines.
For the right individual, this role can offer support in terms of study time and financial support for a recognised payroll qualification and for future development if you have an interest in payroll and human resources that could form part of your future development.
As you grow in the role you will have the chance to recruit ,train and develop your own payroll team based upon continued client growth and expansion for the firm.
A competitive salary and performance review, 35 hour working week, hybrid working, 29 days holiday(including bank holidays) rising to 33 on completion of probationary period.
