Reporting into the Head of Training, the Training Administrator will be responsible for general Academy administration and that specifically relating to the efficient running of the Training team.


Role Duties

  • To support the training division in achieving high standards of course administration
  • To create, maintain and archive student files in line with departmental, regulatory and GDPR requirements
  • To provide adhoc administrative support required by the Head of Training (HoT), the Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (CTKI), the Chief Flight Instructor (CFI), and the Ground/Flight Instructor workforce
  • To provide the necessary information to the HoT, CFI or CTKI for any Training Reviews, and to ensure the distribution of appropriate documentation within the business
  • The planning, organisation and booking of external students coming for training and revalidations
  • The maintenance of student test results and statistics into the Leading Edge Aviation training records system
  • To assist the Customer Experience Manager/Customer Experience Team with administrative duties which relate to the inhouse customers, such as arrival and departure arrangement, including file creation and shut down, in line with governing body regulations

Core Competencies

  • An experienced administrator, with excellent I.T skills, and be proficient in the full use of Microsoft Suite
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic personality and outlook
  • A cando attitude with the willingness to go the extra mile for the Customer

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
