    Job Title: Civil Engineer (Nearly Chartered)

    Looking for a skilled Civil Engineer ready to leave their mark in the industry and start the journey towards Chartered status? We've got the perfect chance for you!

    • The company has 30 employees in Civil and Structural disciplines, with 3 dedicated to the Civil department.

    Position Overview:

    Seeking a motivated Civil Engineer on the verge of obtaining Chartered status for this role. However, if you're already Chartered, feel free to apply.

    As a crucial member of the civil engineering team, you'll be instrumental in delivering a wide array of projects, from initial drawings to project completion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with diverse teams to design and implement innovative solutions for projects like fish farms, SSE framework, Arnold Clark framework, schools, distilleries, and more.
    • Utilize your expertise in microdrainage software to create effective drainage solutions.
    • Produce detailed drawings and models using AutoCAD (2D and 3D) in line with project requirements.
    • Conduct site visits and surveys alongside senior team members to collect data and evaluate project feasibility.
    • Offer technical guidance to junior members, promoting a cooperative and development-focused environment.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
    • Actively pursuing Chartered status with a recognized engineering institution.
    • Experience with microdrainage software.
    • Proficient in AutoCAD for both 2D and 3D design.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.

    Benefits:

    • Salary: £37,000 - £43,000 annually.
    • Performance-based bonus system.
