Description

  • Responsible for ensuring robust processes are in place to manage all aspects of quality across all T&T deliveries. This includes, but is not limited to, monitoring installations standards, and deployed configs in adherence to design guidelines.
  • Ensuring all quality issues are recorded in a Quality Log for tracking purposes and issues identified are assigned to the responsible party for corrective action.
  • Responsible for running monthly quality review meetings with Senior WBA stakeholders to review quality issues, and common themes, and agree on corrective actions.
  • Accountable for Quality on the NaaS T&T however, this may be expanded to other major projects
  • Responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with WBA key stakeholders.
  • Responsible for dealing with all qualityrelated customer escalations to ensure these are resolved to the satisfaction of the WBA key stakeholders

Profile

  • Have a good understanding of the contractual framework in which the company operates on the WBA account and its service obligations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with senior WBA stakeholders.
