Role & Responsibilities

To offer expert advice on the wide range of company products
Provide high quality service to customers at all times
Maintaining customer information through client database
Ensure the products supplied are 100% correct to the customers' requirements
Develop an indepth knowledge base of company products and brands
Work closely with the logistics department

Skills & Experience

Solid prior experience and knowledge of the motor trade
Parts experience
Polite and professional telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with basic IT skills
