We offer customized rapid-response and planned housing maintenance services to meet the requirements of Exeter City Council. By focusing on their priorities, we provide excellent service while investing in the community of City of Exeter.
About the Role:
As an Electrician, you will be assisting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance throughout Exeter City Council's property portfolio, moving from one task to another on your planned route, handling a variety of general repair and maintenance tasks. The position also involves installation work in vacant properties. Previous experience is advantageous, and a positive mindset is essential to succeed in this role, interacting with new individuals and delivering top-notch work and service are crucial.
Role Criteria:
- On the job experience
- NVQ level 3
- Test and inspection
- 18th Edition
- Experience in social housing preferred
- Full UK clean driving licence.
