About Our Client:

  • Serving as the internal authority on data protection, aiding compliance analysts with routine inquiries and addressing more complex questions.
  • Managing data protection, information security, and cyber security policies.
  • Overseeing the company's information asset register and records of processing activities.
  • Collaborating with the IT department, especially the cybersecurity team, to assess the effectiveness of the company's information and cyber security measures.
  • Assisting the Head of Risk & Compliance with the renewal of cyber liability insurance.
  • Identifying emerging and ongoing risks across all departments and collaborating to develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Evaluating commercial agreements from a data protection standpoint.
  • Creating and conducting training courses and guidance on data protection awareness for all departments.
  • Providing research and technical advice on data protection and privacy legislation.
