    Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - South West London, Surrey & Berkshire - £38,000 to £45,000


    An Exciting role to join a growing maintenance provider who is looking to expand their operation due to the acquisition of a contract and bring in a specialised Commercial Air Conditioning engineer to supply this service to the existing portfolio of clients in South West London, Surrey & Berkshire.


    You will be joining their current mobile maintenance team and covering the Berkshire & Hampshire area on a range of commercial contracts.

    You will be responsible for all commercial Air conditioning maintenance and general building services and will be working Monday - Friday 8am - 5 pm.

    Requirements

    NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
    NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desirable)
    Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
    Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledge
    Extensive experience working within commercial environments
    Building services knowledge with ideally electrical qualifications but not essential.

    40 hours per week (8.5 hours per day including 30 min unpaid lunch break, 5 days a week)
    30 days paid holiday pro-rata including all bank holidays, increasing to 33 days after 5 years and 38 days after 10 years
    OT during the week (Monday to Friday) is paid at 1.5 times flat rate
    OT at weekends is paid at 1.5 times flat rate, door to door
    Travel time will be paid after 30 minutes
    Call-out rota (approx. 1 in 5) adds around £1150 per annum, plus call-out payments
    Company phone & uniform.
    Company van, which is to be used for work use only (personal use available on request)Responsibilities

    PPM & Reactive maintenance
    Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service / maintenance

    Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.

    Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
