About the Operations team
Leading the supply and demand Operations function across the UK business. This function works closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and profitable delivery of Finecast products, driving improvements and playing a key part in the Finecast product development and improvement process


About the role


The
Campaign Management Executive plays a key role in the Operations Team, they are responsible for ensuring successful and timely campaign setup and providing the team with of all the information they need to make decisions around performance and optimisations.


Reporting into Senior Campaign Manager, Operations Manager or Associate Director, you will get hands on experience with activation platforms to learn how a video asset is turned into a highly-targeted advertising execution.


  • Keeping track of when video assets are due
  • Setting up video assets
  • Monitoring campaign performance to goal
  • Campaign reporting.

Responsibilities:


Campaign Management

  • Creative management and pixel trafficking
  • Programmatic campaign activation across your designated clients
  • Producing optimisation reports and performance reports
  • Working closely with Client Services, providing targeting recommendations for client briefs and forecasting availability
  • Management of multiple campaigns, projects and responsibilities
  • Ensuring campaign best practice is followed across all activity.

Reporting and Analytics:


  • Operational troubleshooting and technical support
  • Discrepancy investigation and resolution

Reporting and Analytics

  • Making optimisation recommendations to ensure goals are met for all campaigns
  • Support discrepancy investigation and resolution
  • Top line understanding of margin, monetisation and the billing process

Team

  • Working with your manager to meet goals of the Operations Team and to fulfil the team strategy

About you

  • Interest in internet functionality, the online advertising industry, trends, technologies, and pricing models
  • Excel and analytical skills preferred, an ability to become proficient in the use of key business systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal can translate technical detail into a simple summary
  • A selfstarter who's not afraid to ask for help or volunteer new ideas
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients, tasks and responsibilities concurrently
  • Highly organised, strong timemanagement and prioritisation skills
  • Solution driven focus, and the ability to work under time pressure
  • Able to manage expectations, work to a fast pace, and develop strong relationships with colleagues.
