    You will join a recently created TRACTEBEL entity with very ambitious goals and exceptional projects.

    Created to support projects localised in the UK, the entity's mission is to promote TRACTEBEL as a key player of the nuclear business in the UK.

    Tractebel is part of a consortium in charge of the design and detailing of the reinforced concrete structures of the Nuclear Island of Hinkley Point C (HPC) Nuclear Power Plant, currently one of the world's largest construction projects.

    HPC is set to be the benchmark for future construction of similar projects in the UK such as Sizewell C (SZC).

    This position is a great opportunity for you to develop your professional and personal skills and work on globally recognised projects.

    As a Civil Engineer and steelworks specialist, you will ensure the technical coordination between all the stakeholders involved in the Steelworks design and construction (the designers, the client and the contractors):
    You manage the structural integrity assessment activity of the Steelworks for new build nuclear power plants;
    You deal with the requests raised by the contractors during the nuclear plant construction (i.e., requests for information, field change requests and non-conformance reports) with the support of the back-office or senior team member if necessary;
    You prepare the technical response document to the requests, ensuring the respect of quality and deadlines;
    You coordinate with CAD designer to finalise the detail design package for procurement and construction;
    You check and validate SW deliverables (calculation reports, drawings) produced by the back-office;
    You will be a member of an integrated team to work on the project;
    MEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution);
    Experience in reinforced concrete calculation and design is a significant plus;
    Experience in nuclear or complex industrial projects;
    Agile and self-motivated towards improving personal performance and able to generate innovative outcomes to challenges;
