I am an enthusiastic, hard-working professional with 11 years of managing experience in the mining industry. I am very proactive, always looking for new challenges to improve processes. As a qualified engineer always, I support my improvements with fully comprehensive CAD drawings. I am a good communicator, no matter how many receptors or levels of the interlocutors.

I enjoy working in a challenging and demanding environment. I genuinely believe that I offer the best of myself when working under pressure. KPIs and targets are just business measurements to evaluate performance, but I consider myself the most demanding manager to mark my own job performance.

I am a good team player; I manage to engage the team with targets, H&E, and environmental best practices. I completely believe in the principle that “Only a manager will succeed when is part of a great team”. Team building, common sense, and transparency in communication; usually are the keys to promoting best practices and engagement.

I have excellent administration and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines. I am a quick learner and I can adapt myself to different situations. I have proven these skills by working in different countries with different cultures: Spain, Poland, Saudi Arabia, and UK.
