The Role

As part of their growth plans they are looking for a Project Director to join them in London as it looks towards the next phase of the growth and development of the organisation, ensuring the long-term prosperity and longevity of the company is of paramountimportance.

We are looking to recruit one of the future leaders of the organisation who bring new market contacts and expertise, and work alongside colleagues to innovate, evolve and develop operations and develop the business into its promising future.

In this role you are to direct and manage the definition and delivery of single or multiple concurrent "total projects" including our client's largest, complex or most prestigious appointments, positively and assuredly with the respect and support of all partiesat all levels; also to provide consultancy, expert witness and strategic advice to client customers; including the management of other resources with due still and care.


  • Experience in a leadership role at either Associate or Project Director level working for a comparable organisation.
  • A track record of delivering a range of projects from inception through to completion in excess of £10m across any of the following sectors including Science, Healthcare, Hospitality & Leisure, Commercial, and Infrastructure.
  • A naturally engaging relationship builder who can demonstrate experience of developing a trusted network of contacts.
  • Able to lead in a consultative approach in order to further relationships.
  • Possessing strong commercial acumen, managing P&L and business development.
  • Experience of growing and developing business within a comparable growing organisation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of personal credibility and authority.
  • Strong team building skills and track record of leading and growing a professional project team and business.
  • Proven people management experience including development, mentoring and recruitment.
