Permanent contract | 37 hours per week | £54,140 per annum (Soulbury EIP14) | Norwich


As a member of the Inclusion and Opportunity Service you will work strategically with schools, academies and other settings/organisations to improve inclusive practice.


As a member of Early Intervention and Prevention Team, within the Inclusion and SEND Team you will promote equality and inclusion for all Norfolk children and young people through the provision of evidence-based guidance, resources and training that effectively challenge and support schools and settings, removing barriers to accessing learning.

This will be achieved by working collaboratively with education settings, colleagues, and wider workforce partners to achieve an inclusive education culture across Norfolk.


To provide a specialist role in the development and delivery of Norfolk Steps as a trained tutor who can provide bespoke advice, training and guidance to schools, settings and other services, to promote positive behaviours, de-escalation strategies and the effective, safe execution of physical intervention where required.
