It is a supported living service which provides support for people with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
Focusing on the needs of the service user this company is charity driven and thus will continue to provide all support that is necessary to provide a tremendous lifestyle for its user.
Responsibilities of Deputy Manager
:
Preparation of Care Plans
Health and Safety checksCompliance with the requirements of regulatory bodies and organisational policies/procedures A sound understanding of organisational policies/procedures
Promoting safe working practices Ensuring that good standards of hygiene/cleanliness are maintained
Responsibility for ensuring an appropriate/safe medication system involving the storage and dispensing of medication Risk assessments
The promotion of confidentiality of information consistent with principles of good practice Recognising and responding to the limitations of confidentiality of information
Relaying to the Team Manager any information which might adversely affect the service users, staff, or the organisation Key Skills/Requirements Sound knowledge of working with people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and complex needs and experience of working in a similar setting
Experience working with the above criteria Good communication skills (both written and oral), including listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people
Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest-quality person-centred care is essential.

Part-time hours: 36 per week
Salary:
£32,500.00-£37,500.00 per year
