About you
*You will need a customer centric mindset, excellent communication skills and a solution-focused approach.
*Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, ideally in a start-up or fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Great interpersonal skills, and a natural speaker and presenter
  • Excellent organisation, business administration, analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Confident to communicate with all levels.

What you'll be doing
This is an ideal role to put your own stamp on.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Diary and appointment management for the CEO
  • Handling of internal and external contact
  • Preparing and briefing the CEO for upcoming meetings.
  • Attending meetings with the CEO ensuring professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with all contracts and colleagues
  • Overseeing general office operation ensuring highquality facilities are enjoyed by all colleagues, including organising and supervising office administrative systems.
  • Purchasing centralized office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
