- Confident to communicate with all levels.
What you'll be doing
This is an ideal role to put your own stamp on.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Diary and appointment management for the CEO
- Handling of internal and external contact
- Preparing and briefing the CEO for upcoming meetings.
- Attending meetings with the CEO ensuring professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Preparation of reports and presentations.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with all contracts and colleagues
- Overseeing general office operation ensuring highquality facilities are enjoyed by all colleagues, including organising and supervising office administrative systems.
- Purchasing centralized office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels

£22,335.00-£23,400.00 per year
