The Inner City & East Community Team have 2 exciting opportunities for Social Care Practitioners
to join our busy team.
We work with citizens living in the inner city of Bristol to carry out assessments, reviews and commission services.

You will be working within the statutory framework of the Care Act 2014 undertaking, Care Act Assessments, Carers Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments and making Best Interest decisions.

As well as contribute towards safeguarding enquiries under s.42 of the Care Act 2014.

The work is varied and provides excellent opportunities for both learning and professional development.

You will work closely with other agencies and departments across adult care.

You will work within a large team with 2 Team Managers, senior practitioners, social workers and social care practitioners.

You will receive supportive supervision with guidance and benefit from support from your colleagues to further develop your skills, knowledge and confidence in this fulfilling role.
