Purpose of the Role:
Our purpose is to contribute to the success of the Group by creating great places to work.
We will do this by providing excellent Facilities Management, Property Management and ensuring the safety of our people through robust H&S practice.
This role is front of house, providing high quality reception, visitor management, hospitality, switchboard and concierge services- To develop and maintain positive relationships with site stakeholders, the wider Property & Facilities team and contractors 2.
- Visitor management (meet and greet, notifying host, escorting to meeting room etc)
- Booking meeting rooms and assisting in the coordination and preparation of rooms
- Administrative duties such as booking travel, accommodation, booking couriers, taxis
- Managing hospitality for events, large meeting etc
- Operating the switchboard for external calls
- Reporting property issues to the P&F helpdesk or local building management and providing cover the Facilities Support when unavailable
- Working collaboratively as a team in Minster Court

- GCSE Maths and English (minimum)
