    Job Advertisement: Assistant Manager for Gastro Pub

    Are you passionate about hospitality and looking for an exciting leadership role in a dynamic gastro pub environment? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.

    Position: Assistant Manager
    Locations: Harlow, Chorleywood, or Aylesbury
    Salary: £ per hour (depending on experience) + tips
    Employment Type: Full-time

    About Us:
    We are a popular gastro pub known for our exceptional food, drinks, and warm atmosphere. Located in the vibrant cities of Harlow, Chorleywood, or Aylesbury , we pride ourselves on delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Assist the General Manager in daily operations and management of the pub.
    • Supervise and support front-of-house staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
    • Oversee food and beverage quality, presentation, and adherence to standards.
    • Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries.
    • Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Help create a positive and productive work environment.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within the hospitality industry.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
