Description
REED Accountancy & Finance are working closely with a well-known client within the Health Care sector in South Belfast and are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join their finance team.
This is a full time permanent opportunity, office based.
Working as part of a team of 3 staff within Payroll, the post holder will be responsible for a specific payroll (UK) for 500+ employees weekly and fortnightly.
The Role:
Processing a weekly and fortnightly payroll for 500 employees
Managing complex shifts and rates of pay
Processing SSP, SMP and SPP returns
Dealing with payroll queries and resolving
Running weekly payroll reports
Ensuring payroll legislation is kept up to date
The Person:
Applicants will have a previous payroll experience, will ideally have worked with Sage Payroll and will be up to date with payroll legislation.
