The Role:

Key Responsibilities for this role:

Manage, and deal effectively with the flow of incoming client and consultant queries and requests for information.
Help to prepare/review client reports and responses to adhoc requests from clients and consultants.
Assist with client onboarding
Assist in implementation of any regulatory/industry change initiatives impacting our clients
Maintain excellent working relationships across the business
Review RFPs/other documentation to ensure accuracy and suitability for our clients
To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G's operational risk.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work to deadlines
Team player with the ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Proactive with keen desire to develop as a client service professional.
Investment management experience and interest in investment a plus.
Degree and have completed the IMC or planning to take it.
