A fast-growing, FinTech company is looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join their busy London team as an Adviser Partnership Executive.

The Adviser Partnership Executive role is a full time, hybrid role, working 3 days a week in London in a fast paced, vibrant environment.

As an Adviser Partnership Executive, your responsibilities will include.

  • Answering telephone calls and responding to incoming queries
  • Preparing deposit illustrations to show clients available products
  • Onboarding new advisory firms onto internal systems
  • Keeping internal CRM systems up to date
  • Preparing monthly management information

We are looking for an Adviser Partnership Executive who has the following skills and experience.

  • Experience working in the financial sector would be ideal
  • A self motivated individual with a can do attitude
  • Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records
  • Excellent planning, organisational and coordination skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong team player with excellent people skills including a confident telephone manner
  • Capacity to excel in a fast paced environment
  • Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
