We currently have an opportunity for a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team.
The post holder will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils.You will be responsible for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload across Options Higford and Options Overton Schools, both based in the West Midlands.
Working within an established and knowledgeable Multi-Disciplinary Clinical Team and with the support of Therapy Assistants, you will contribute to staff training, consultation and reflective practice.
This position would suit an innovative and enthusiastic clinician who is confident in their therapeutic approach and is seeking to work with young people across all levels of the clinical offer from specialist to universal.

Minimum of 3 years' experience working in SEN education, or with a similar caseload, as a Speech and Language Therapist.
