- Lead and manage mechanical projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and on-site personnel, to ensure project success.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing regular project updates.
- Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the M&E sector.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
