Teaching Assistants Needed

Position:
Teaching Assistant

Location:
Primary School near West Hampstead

Salary:
£95-£105 per day, dependent on experience

Holiday: 13 weeks per year (term time only role)

A primary school near West Hampstead is seeking a versatile Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team.

This role offers a unique blend of 1:1 learning support assistant responsibilities and general class teaching assistant duties, providing an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing 1:1 support to students with additional learning needs, ensuring they receive tailored assistance to achieve their full potential.
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons, fostering a positive learning environment for all students.
Supporting the social and emotional development of students, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being within the school community.
Collaborating with colleagues to implement behavior management strategies and maintain high standards of discipline.
Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials and resources, adapting them to meet the individual needs of students.
Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the role, with no two days being the same

Requirements:
Previous experience working in a educational setting, preferably as a teaching assistant.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying demands of the role.
Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and well-being.
Willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development
