Position:
Negotiator

Location:
Ringwood

Hours: 8.45am - 6.00pm Monday - Friday. 9.00am - 4.00pm every other Saturday.

Salary:
Depending on experience

Holiday: 33 days per annum inclusive of bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and property developers.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on the features and benefits of each property.
Negotiate sales contracts and terms on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
Keep uptodate with market trends, property values, and local regulations to provide accurate advice to clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing.
Manage administrative tasks related to property sales, including preparing contracts, coordinating inspections, and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers.
Stay informed about competitive properties in the market and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns to attract buyers and sellers.
