Negotiator
Location:
Ringwood
Hours: 8.45am - 6.00pm Monday - Friday. 9.00am - 4.00pm every other Saturday.
Salary:
Depending on experience
Holiday: 33 days per annum inclusive of bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and property developers.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on the features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
- Keep uptodate with market trends, property values, and local regulations to provide accurate advice to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing.
- Manage administrative tasks related to property sales, including preparing contracts, coordinating inspections, and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers.
- Stay informed about competitive properties in the market and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns to attract buyers and sellers.
