    Job Title: Staff Nurse - Ward Margate (Part-Time)

    To provide individualized nursing care to patients in a compassionate and caring manner. Assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate these without supervision. Practice in accordance with NMC codes, The Code, and other standards. Participate in implementing change strategies for professional practice improvement.

    Job Responsibilities:

    The post holders will work across all areas of Spencer Private Hospitals. Contribute to maintaining patient care standards, assist in implementing changes for improved care delivery, contribute to nursing standards development, provide planned care without direct supervision, offer professional leadership, advice, and guidance within the team, maintain accurate patient records, manage medicines, assist in upholding professional standards and corporate values.

    Person Specification:

    Qualifications

    Essential

    • Diploma or Degree
    • Evidence of continual professional development

    Desirable

    • Teaching and Assessing Course or equivalent

      • Experience

      • Experience in a surgical/medical environment with knowledge of procedures
      • Delivery of evidence-based practice
      • Demonstrates a patient-focused approach
