    MEP Project BIM Manager
    The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

    Permanent, Full-time

    Location: Central London

    Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Travel + Package

    My client, a market leading MEP sub contractor is looking for a Project BIM Manager to work on schemes throughout London. You will report to the Regional BIM Manager and PD.

    You will be responsible for the planning, design, delivery of the project. Leading the BIM Team and coordinating with engineers, design teams, and third-party contractors

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Project BIM coordinators
  • Working with the BIM Manager to develop the project program and BIM delivery strategy
  • Manage workload of project Revit Technicians
  • Implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) standards, and specific plans for each project
  • Maintain Project BIM Implementation Plan (BIP) and ensure compliance within the team
  • Support the BIM Manager in the development of BIM Standards throughout the business
  • Manage Master Revit MEP Model
  • Manage the production of weekly Updates of the Navisworks Model and issue Clash Detection
  • Manage the production of fully annotated and coordinated 2D Builderworks Drawings (BWIC) and Services Drawings
  • Regularly track and report project progress to the Project Manager and UK BIM ManagerKey Skills
  • Detailed knowledge of the Project BIM Manager role
  • MEP background
  • Ability to plan and program works effectively
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent IT skills – particularly Revit, Navis Word, Excel, Fabrication
  • MEP Commercial understanding
