    Legal Counsel - Manchester

    Our client, a technology company established in 2005 and backed by industry giants, is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel.

    We seek a proficient lawyer to bolster our client's legal team.

    As a Legal Counsel, you will provide pivotal legal counsel and data protection advice, contributing to the organisation's commercial success.

    Negotiate complex commercial agreements with global accounts, distributors, partners, and suppliers.
    Provide legal guidance on antitrust, regulatory, intellectual property, litigation, data privacy, and corporate governance matters.
    Proficiency in commercial legal practices, contract drafting/negotiation, and data protection/privacy regulations.
    Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills can influence stakeholders at all levels.
