London, £40,000 £45,000, hybrid

About Our Client:

Our client are a leading name in Commercial building fit-out and design, working with clients across the UK and Internationally.

The London based Finance Team are now looking for a Senior Accounts Payable to join their team in support of the AP Manager and 2 Junior AP's.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week based from their office in London.

The Senior Accounts Payable will be responsible for the following:

Collaborate with AP Manager to ensure efficient running of the Accounts Payable department
Processing financial transactions and invoices in a timely manner
Demonstrate proficiency in CIS regulations and ensure compliance in all accounts payable processes
Manage a high volume of invoices daily
Provide training and development to junior members of the team
Maintaining and updating financial records
Providing training and guidance to team members
Maintaining a strong working relationship with clients and vendors

The Successful Applicant:

Previous experience working in Accounts Payable within the construction industry (Essential)
Expertise in subcontractor management and CIS compliance (Essential)
Previous experience working in high volume environment
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Previous experience working within leadership or senior role
Superb analytical and problemsolving abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

What's on Offer:
