We are actively searching for a Programme Leader in Human Resources
to join our Business and Professional team
at our Hamilton Campus for 35 hours per week
.

We will offer a salary of up to £37,722

About the Job


To assist in the development, organisation and management of high-quality teaching and learning of human resources programmes and other related programmes within the area of Business and Professional Studies.


  • To carry out formal scheduled teaching
  • To act as a personal tutor to a group/s of students.
  • To be a point of contact for the human resource programmes and related programmes
  • To prepare learning and assessment materials and prepare students' for assessments
  • Marking of students' work and examinations, moderation and verification.
  • To work with relevant awarding bodies to ensure successful compliance and external quality assurance
  • To operate as part of a team in the monitoring, reviewing and evaluation of all aspects of the programme(s).

Support lecturers and support staff in delivering successful programmes and support the implementation of new curriculum opportunities

About You

  • Full teaching qualification, or willing to work towards.
  • CIPD L5 or above
  • Level 2 English/Literacy and Maths/Numeracy
  • Sound grasp of relevant current teaching strategies and techniques
  • Experience of internal and external assessment of students and the ability to lead on internal/external assessment
