    TreasurySpring is the result of a strong determination to address the core issues in money markets. Our interest in this sector was sparked during the Global Financial Crisis of 2008 when we witnessed the liquidity crisis in fixed income and the near collapse of short-dated funding markets up close.

    Since then, our mission has been to provide sustainable solutions for money markets, leading to the establishment of TreasurySpring in 2018. We offer institutional clients a comprehensive selection of top risk-adjusted cash investment options through our rapidly growing London-based fintech company, providing a distinctive solution to a significant global financial challenge.

    Our Fixed-Term Fund platform creates innovative digital channels that connect cash-rich companies with institutional borrowers. Our clientele includes major Private Equity funds, Asset Managers, listed Corporates, high-growth tech firms, and more.

    Tasks

    The position: Sales Analyst

    Join a dynamic and expanding team at the core of a fintech enterprise that is making a difference.

    As a member of the Sales team, you will play a key role in generating and managing new client prospects. Initially, the role will involve supporting the team with sales and back-office tasks, with the potential for it to evolve into a more responsibilities-driven sales position over time.

    This role offers ample opportunities to enhance your insights into financial services, the functioning of the banking system, client interaction, and a focus on the Venture Capital (VC) and Private Equity (PE) realms within the sector. While experience in Marketing or Sales is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Prior exposure to the finance sector or proficiency in multiple languages can be beneficial for this role.

    What you will be responsible for: Responsibilities

    • Oversee and facilitate prospect onboarding by collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
    • Maintain regular communication with new/existing clients, handle cold leads, and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team.
    • Provide assistance to clients regarding platform queries and offerings.
    • Collaborate with the data team to keep the CRM updated and generate reports to assist the sales team in meeting their quarterly and annual targets.
    • Support the sales and partnerships teams in managing and nurturing partner relationships.
    • Aid in implementing marketing strategies for Venture Capital and Private Equity by providing data and content support to the marketing team for campaigns.
    • Gain direct client exposure by participating in client meetings with a sales representative, conducting platform demonstrations, and educating clients about new products.
    • Attend industry networking events to expand professional connections.
