MBA are currently recruiting for a Repairs Manager to join an exciting global organisation in Greater London Area.

As a leading player in the insurance industry, our client puts their people at the heart of everything they do.

This role is to pro-actively manage the repair phase of claims in an effective manner and to manage the performance of contractors in order that the repair phase of claims progress efficiently
To understand the scope of repairs on site and set a strategy for completion understanding each individual demand and likely outcome

The role may be home or office based, with UK travel, and occasional overnight stays, however more frequent travel and regular overnight stays may be required during peak demand.

Background required

  • Detailed knowledge of Building Construction.
  • Knowledge of Insurance Principles.
  • Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation.
  • Understanding of Client requirements.
  • Understanding of FCA procedures and TCF
