    Description
    Block Property Manager

    As a block manager you will be looking after a medium-sized Central London portfolio, consisting of a mixed selection of property types.

    This company are in the fortunate position where they can allocate properties accordingly to match an individuals skillset.
    Overseeing major works projects where necessary
    Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance and major works
    Site visits to ensure good building condition
    Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio
    Extensive knowledge of the section 20 process and dealing with major works projects
    Exceptional annual leave package

    Whether you are currently a property manager or an assistant property manager, our client is open to different levels of experience.
