We are in search of a meticulously organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to spearhead survey projects within our data collection and monitoring division.
The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project coordination, ensuring seamless execution, accurate data collection, and timely delivery of results.
Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing survey objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate survey activities, maintaining strict adherence to project schedules and deadlines through effective collaboration with the survey operations team manager and on-site technicians.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align survey activities with broader organizational goals.Data Collection and Analysis:
Oversee the implementation of survey protocols and methodologies to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold the integrity of collected data.\
Collaborate with internal and external data analysts to interpret survey results and derive meaningful insights.
Foster transparent and open communication with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular project updates and reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress and address any concerns promptly to maintain momentum.
Generate comprehensive project documentation, including methodologies, progress reports, and final summaries.Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all project-related activities.
Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
Proven problem-solving abilities, with a flexible and adaptable approach to challenges.\
Passion for data and a commitment to delivering high-quality survey outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in survey-related projects.
We offer a flexible and collaborative working environment, with a hybrid work solution that combines remote and in-office work.
The successful candidate will work remotely for 2 days a week and spend 3 days in our offices located in London and/or Maidenhead.
