    Description

    Aviation Recruitment experts Optime Group are proud to be recruiting for Warehouse Operatives located in Hayes, just outside Heathrow airport. This rewarding role offers full training, excellent pay and you can choose your shifts preference.

    What's on offer:

    • Pay rate £ £13.27 per hour.
    • Shift Pattern: 4 on – 2 off
    • Shifts: AM, PM, Nights
    • Hours: 40 hours per weeks
    • Weekly pay (every Friday)
    • Temp to Perm (performance based)

    Shifts:

    AM Shifts – 6AM – 2PM at £12.38 per hour

    PM Shifts – 2PM – 10PM at £12.67 per hour

    Nights – 10PM- 6AM at £13.27 per hour

    Key Duties:

    • Screening goods by placing them through an Xray scanner. So they are safe to be delivered into LHR.
    • Then picking items and placing them on pallets
    • Sorting trollies/containers coming back in.
    • Operating pump trucks to ensure large pallets can be moved safely.
    • Ensuring all equipment is operated in line with the training guidelines and health and safety guidelines.
    • Health and safety procedures must always be followed.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to communicate well within a team.
    • Great work ethic.
    • Team player.
    • Experience of working towards targets.
    • Must have lived in the UK for 3 or more years.
    • You must be able to provide a 5-year checkable history to secure long-term employment with this business.
