The role


Our Sales team has a requirement for a new Sales Support Administrator with a primary function of assisting the Sales team with routine administrative functions.

In this position, you will answer incoming calls and manage sales enquiries, keep sales department records and customer records as well as completing adhoc tasks as and when required.

As an independent energy provider, our strength is in the quality of our service reflected in the knowledge and enthusiasm of our staff.


Responsibilities

  • Nominate all sites and resolve any rejections
  • Completing quality control checks on completed sales and ensuring expected standards are met at all times
  • Assisting the diary management of the Sales team
  • Assisting the Sales Team Leader in identifying sales opportunities
  • Assist the Sales department with aftersales care by liaising with brokers by confirming lock in confirmations and chasing any further documentation required
  • Supporting the business by assisting in the preparation of renewal opportunities
  • Support the launch of new products and services through effective internal and external communication
  • Assist the Sales team with pricing customers that are on out of contract rates
  • Process price book sales and liaise with brokers to solve sales rejections and queries
  • Support backoffice in providing aftersales support and customer care
  • Support Account Managers (the Sales team) in their daytoday sales processes
  • Generate and submit customer quotations as and when required
  • Generate reports as and when required

  • Demonstrable experience in sales support administration or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as customer service skills
  • Good arithmetic skills
  • Computer literate with good Excel and Outlook skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good at working as part of a team and individually
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
