As a Hospitality Assistant you would be working closely with the Assistant Manager / Manager based on site in one of our iconic venues.

In this role, you will be supporting the operations team, talented chefs and target driven sales people to deliver flawless service and exceptional food and drinks.

Hospitality Assistant will build strong relationships with their clients, understanding a brief and executing every detail with continuous quality and a human touch.

The Role
- **Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for guests

Support daily operations, collaborating with the team to maintain an organized and efficient venue
Work closely with chefs to facilitate the preparation and presentation of highquality food items
Collaborate with sales personnel to promote and upsell food and beverage offerings
Assist in planning and executing events, paying meticulous attention to client briefs
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding and meeting their specific needs
Uphold and monitor service quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
