The Opportunity

  • This is a Full-Time, position that also includes a generous tiered monthly bonus incentive based on sales targets which means your earning potential is up to £150,000 per year.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Developing expert knowledge and understanding of our procedures and expertise, in order to educate patients about surgical & non-surgical options during phone inquiries and office consultations.-
  • Participating in consultations with patients during clinic hours (min 40 hours a week), both in-person and virtually.-
  • Discussing surgery costs with patients and supporting them through the process to close sales, using the company tools and resources to available.-
  • Follow up with patients, as needed, after their consultation to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to surgery.-
  • Serve as a patient advocate, supporting patients before, during and after patient visits.-
  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing clientele.-
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with both clinical and non-clinical teams, to ensure an exceptional patient experience-
  • Consistently achieving 100% of the monthly clinic revenue target.
We will be operating a rota to cover opening times in the evening and weekends.

There will be several shift patterns available which will be discussed during the interview process, but all team members will need to be prepared to cover some evenings and weekends.
