Description
Work closely with country Risk & Compliance managers to support the business in performing various risk assessments.
Advise the business on risk matters related to third party management, fraud, and other operational risks.
Support the business in implementing the requirements of various Group risk management policies.
Act as internal insurance manager.
Work with process owners to continuously improve the control environment and advise on control design and implementation.
Support the business in remediating operational events.
Carry out effective risk governance by monitoring all agreed risk-mitigating action plans
Contribute the risk perspective to regional Risk & Compliance reporting.

Ideally you will have 5 + years in compliance or Operational Risk in Financial Services - ideally in Insurance
