What You'll Bring to the Role


Whilst some experience in Financial Services would be useful, we are very open to professionals from any industry sector, who have demonstrated experience within a large, mature talent acquisition function.

You'll love using your initiative to come up with new ideas and approaches. Some experience recruiting across Europe would also be beneficial. We're looking for someone who is comfortable dealing with, and contributing to, process transformation.

Experience with an applicant tracking system, recruitment technology, competency-based interviewing and using social media for proactive sourcing will set you up for success.
