We have an exciting opportunity to join Beresfords Head Office Group Resources team, providing support to all teams and divisions across the Group.

Based at Head Office, Springfield Lyons Approach, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including Facilities Management, Health & Safety, Recruitment, Vehicle Fleet Management, Maintenance & Repairs, Telecommunications & IT to name just a few of our responsibilities.

You will be employed on a 12-18-month government backed Apprenticeship Scheme and will receive ongoing work-based training whilst working towards a qualification in Customer Services Practitioner Level 2.

Requirements:

Enthusiastic and driven
Excellent communication skills
IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly
Previous experience in a customer facing role would be desirable
A full UK driving license and use of a car would be beneficial as you may be required to work in other locations of our business.

Salary & Benefits

You will be paid an enhanced rate of
£5.50 per hour, with brilliant progression opportunities upon completion of your apprenticeship.
