What You'll Do:
nCollaborate with traders to design and implement end-to-end workflows for our FX Options Market Making Business.nLead the development of pricing and risk systems, trading systems, and trader desktop tools.nWork closely with traders, quants, and technologists to gather requirements and drive innovative solutions.nArchitect high-performance full-stack solutions to address complex business challenges.nParticipate in design and code reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.nCollaborate with our DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software in a production environment.
What We're Looking For:
nStrong proficiency in Python development, with experience in building full-stack solutions.nSolid understanding of financial markets and trading systems, particularly in options trading.nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving business requirements.nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.nProactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.nExperience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
