Our client is a market leading firm who really value your skills and hard work and offer a positive and focused work environment in newly refurbished offices Their offices are based near to Camberley and are recruiting for this amazing part time role.

Youwill be required to work in the office for 30 hours per week but they are flexible with regards to the working pattern, this can be either 9am to 2pm, 9:30am to 2:30pm or 10am to 3pm.


Role Accountabilities:


  • Responsibility for reporting, using a variety of internal systems
  • Intermediate excels skills, with the ability to read and understand data is essential.
  • General administrative duties include assisting the Office Manager with hotel bookings, meeting room bookings and general adhoc duties.
  • Support the customer services team monitoring their internal inbox, passing sales enquiries on to the correct regional Area Sales Manager, in a timely manner.
  • Assist the customer service team in creating and monitoring vendor accounts reporting any anomalies.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Technical skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are required as well as experience in using multiple internal systems
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all level.
  • Attention to detail is critical as applicants will be working with documentation and systems requiring a high degree of accuracy, in a detail orientated environment.
  • An adaptable hands on person with a positive attitude.
