    At Craft Worldwide we are seeking a dynamic leader to join the team as Innovation Technologist. This is a newly created position for a new partner to lead the expansion of our current clients, facilitating the latest in AI, production platforms and new technologies. It's a highly collaborative role where you will be working with key leadership and diverse teams to build a world-class offering in Innovation. As a strong client partner and a leader by influence, you'll be charged with identifying opportunities to develop and create solutions that solve high-level business challenges for some of the largest brands in the world.
    You'll work alongside our Head of Global Innovation, specifically working across our European offices, to set a vision and produce work that raises the bar across sectors. You'll bring a professional and structured approach to business and strategy that reflects the culture, service, and capabilities of Craft, and be an enthusiastic participant in the company's growth and future success.

    Our proficiency in crafting content for ecommerce platforms and on-platform experiences hinges on seamless collaboration across commerce, creative, production, and data teams. By anchoring creative endeavours in shopper and consumer data while embedding best commerce practices throughout content creation, from inception to execution, we ensure optimal results. Operating across major eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and owned B2C and B2B channels, our specialists possess a nuanced understanding of each channel's dynamics, collaborating closely with creative teams to implement best practices that drive purchases and enhance our clients' visibility and influence.
    Our core capabilities encompass:
    • Scalable content creation, including GenAI technology, for imagery and copywriting across diverse communication channels and commerce settings, catering to B2C, B2B, Social, and marketplace contexts. Our content adheres to industry-leading e-commerce standards, covering copywriting, CTAs, SEO optimization, and platform-specific conversion optimization.
    • Global content localization, involving the creation, production, adaptation, and localization of content tailored to meet consumer preferences. Leveraging a network of over 3,000 linguists, we offer cultural consultation, transcreation, and translation services, delivering globally relevant content swiftly and efficiently without compromising quality.
    • Implementation and ongoing support for content management systems, providing comprehensive capabilities for brand content management across various use cases and systems. As Adobe Platinum (AEM) and SiteCore Platinum partners, alongside our proprietary content production management platform, we facilitate real-time collaboration between clients and our content studios.


    The role of Innovation Technologist
    The Innovation Technologist is a European role, working with client leaders, discipline leaders, as well as with Clients and Client prospects. Key responsibilities include:
    • Developing a well-balanced innovation portfolio and roadmap that drives investments and growth (Example areas include: AI, Web , Gaming, AR/VR, 3D, New AdTech or scaling content capabilities, content innovations, media innovations)
    • Leading and working with Global Head of Innovation to provide an environment where the teams can deliver industry leading work and solutions
    • Developing and communicating innovative, creatively brilliant, hardworking ideas that move the client's brand, business, and the client/agency relationship forward.
    • Providing vision, inspiration, and strategic thought leadership to both the agency team, and the clients
    • Providing future scaled solutions which expand the growth of the business to client needs and agency vision
    • Participating in thought leadership opportunities, new business endeavors, and cementing your place as an executive subject matter expert within globalised production solutions and automation practices
    • Identifying and providing detailed support to IPG network agencies on how technology is changing their business and how they can benefit from this
    • Ensuring a collaborative approach internally and across agency partners to ensure happy and productive working relationships
    • Establishing new opportunities of growth and revenue forecasts/ targets for clients

    Who you will be
    As Innovation Technologist, we are looking for you to demonstrate:
    • Demonstrative experience in innovation and digital production, possessing the ability to harness ingenuity and creativity that will elevate the future of Craft
    • Driven to deliver new types of value to clients in areas of capabilities, organisational change, innovation, and awareness of new products and services
    • An industry leader with digital and production expertise, a strong background in production, creative and technology experience are also key.
    • A digital native, with a breadth of understanding of the facets within that landscape, including a practical knowledge of how to deliver modern, dynamic digital and technology- based solutions
    • Proven ability to establish and nurture strong and productive client relationships from C- suite downwards, with individuals with varying levels of digital knowledge
    • A brilliant operator – at ease working on challenging business of scale, complexity and/or pace
    • Highly collaborative in approach – with clients, across disciplines, and across sister agencies.
    • Keen understanding of the ever-changing media and digital landscape with a point of view on the trends that are pushing the industry
    • A strong communicator and skilled storyteller with executive level presentation skills. A subject matter expert capable of bringing thought leadership to elevate and scale service offerings at the senior most levels of organisations.
    • An empathetic leader with team mentality at your core, creating healthy environments of inclusion, tolerance, establishing healthy boundaries which promote a healthy environment for success.
