- Lead product innovation projects, from concept to market testing, collaborating with suppliers, academic partners, and internal teams.
- Develop prototype recipes that demonstrate new ingredient applications across product categories.
- Ensure that projects align with the company's science strategy and long-term sustainability goals.
- Conduct product testing, including sensory evaluations, consumer feedback, analytical tests, and shelf-life assessments.
- Represent Product Innovation at industry events and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and academic institutions.

- Proficiency in IT systems like MS Office.
- A-levels required, degree in a Science discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Food, Nutrition) preferred.
- Experience in product development within the food/drinks or FMCG industry.
- Academic or applied research experience (e.g., MSc/PhD) is an advantage.
