    We are looking for a seasoned self-driven Scrum Master who is passionate about driving change and building high-performing teams.

    Facilitate Agile Practices:

    You'll be the driver of engaging and productive Scrum ceremonies, ensuring that these forums translate strategic visions into actionable tasks with clear, measurable business impacts.


    Drive Team Performance:

    Demonstrated experience in leading agile teams in a software development environment, with a strong track record of delivering results.


    Agile Expertise:

    Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with the ability to adapt and implement these practices to drive business value.


    Analytical Skills:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of working with complex data sets and environments.
    Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) is highly preferred.

    Cutting-edge Technology: Work with the latest technologies in AI, decentralized data, and federated learning systems.
