Team Overview
Great opportunity for an ambitious qualified surveyor to take the next step in their career development. We are looking for a proactive and energetic individual to work with us, you will be a good communicator with a keen eye for detail and ideally with a couple of years post qualification experience in the property sector.
Our work type involves us getting to know about the clients operational businesses, which helps us to understand how and why they occupy their property assets and the integral nature of the assets to their business.
The sites we visit are spread far and wide in some spectacular locations across the country so it will be necessary to travel regularly to visit clients and their landholdings.
The national team comprises three directors an associate a graduate and an apprentice surveyor. We cover the whole of the UK from offices in Leeds, Chelmsford and Winchester. We work with a really wide range of great clients including institutional and private landowners; mineral and waste operators – multi nationals and local operators; public and statutory bodies and a range of other professionals within finance, legal and accounting sectors.
