- You will be responsible for negotiating and managing a diverse range of business contracts relating to on- and offshore wind energy and/or hydrogen. You will advise on legal risk and liabilities associated with such contracts and how to manage these.
- You will liaise with your colleagues of the legal, regulatory and business teams to ensure and coordinate appropriate support.
- You will provide general legal support to project companies and other group entities.
- You will assist in preparing relevant internal documents and presentations for the management and/or board.
- You will work together with our lead counsel legal and insurance in building and maintaining a sound governance and compliance framework as regards among others corporate housekeeping and data protection.
- You will be a fully qualified lawyer (bar exam equivalent), with excellent academic credentials and extensive legal experience.
- Proven corporate/commercial experience in an international law firm or organisation.
- You have an analytical mindset and can communicate advice and ideas, with respect for the business reality, to colleagues with a different educational background.
- You have profound diplomatic and social skills; thriving on building relationships with stakeholders.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English (additional language skills, particularly French, Dutch or Japanese) advantageous.
